Dry Blasting

Applied's range of dry blasting machines are available in 20L, 40L, 100L, 140L & 200L covering a wide variety of user requirements from hobbyists to full time blast professionals. All machines are manufactured from heavy gauge steel and are assembled with industry leading components  to ensure they are robust & reliable  in-service and provide a long and trouble free working lifespan.

Applied's Aquablaster Xtreme is a combined wet & dry blasting machine which can change between wet & dry operations at the touch of a button without any compromise in performance. The Aquablaster Xtreme is particularly useful for contractors who need to carry out both types of blasting but who don't want to purchase two separate machines.

Applied have their own in-house blast media bagging facility where they re-package from bulk, crushed glass, aluminium oxide, garnet, steel shot and glass bead into conveniently sized 25kg bags for onward distribution. Bags are available from distributors locally, and can be shipped either by the bag or on 1000kg or 1500kg shrink wrapped pallets.

Applied Concepts Varimount 350 PTO compressor is the market leader in its sector. Designed for blasting applications, it has quickly found a niche in the Agriculture industry for clearing slurry lines. Alternative applications are found where high volumes of air are required in remote locations. Mounted on either front or rear 3 point linkage with no change in setup for either.

Applied's range of mobile diesel compressors cover a wide range of industries. Standard units are supplied in 105 CFM, 175 CFM and 268 CFM variants. These units are manufactured with either 3 or 4 cylinder Perkins or HATZ engines, are built on a Knott galvanised chassis and have industry leading air ends supplied by Opti. Larger machines available by quotation.

Applied Siphon blast cabinet is 1200mm long and has a door entries of 670mm x 645mm with doors on both sides of the enclosure. The cabinet is supplied with and Air Tip Kit which has nozzles from 3mm to 10mm to cover all types of blast media. This unit can operate with air flow as low as 25CFM at 7Bar although processing rates increase with higher flow volumes.
